Have you ever been inside a bomber cave that housed hundreds of craft beers from across the globe? Ever explore a vineyard, caught the second half of the game, or enjoyed a sake tasting, fireside, all while shopping at the liquor store?
Thanks to our new client, Molly’s Spirits, you now have the opportunity to experience all of these things, and more. In late November, Molly’s opened the doors to their massively impressive 36,000 sq. ft. Lakeside operation to Colorado’s legion of craft beer, wine and spirit enthusiasts.
Inside, the details are impressive:
• 56 cooler doors exclusively for beer = 1,600 6 packs
• 11 65″ screens with live feeds of beer events (hello, GABF), in-store tastings, winery tours, and sporting events.
• More than 400 craft beers from over 30 countries inside the bomber cave; not including the variety of sours, barrel-aged and wilds that line the walls outside the cave.
• Colorado handcrafted design touches throughout, including: a tasting bar that is C- shaped in honor of the Colorado state flag, displays built with recycled lumber and a fireside lounge area complete with antler chandeliers.
To celebrate, Niya Diehl, Drew Strever and the team at Local 46 is developing a collection of signature cocktails, with “The Molly” signature soon to be revealed. We’re thinking the Blackberry Whiskey Sour looks like a strong contender. Give it a taste!
Cheers to Rufus, Annie and the entire Molly’s team! We’re honored, and excited to be working with you.
