Midtown, a community northeast of Denver, brought Sprocket on board to garner press coverage with the ultimate goal of boosting sales of homes. Sprocket pitched traditional and digital media, offering one-off tours and previews of Midtown’s homes.

Challenge

Though the Midtown development was well-positioned for buyers looking for easy mountain access, it was just outside of the city despite the brand promise of Midtown being “close to everything”.

Solution

Finding them an asset, Sprocket chose to highlight Midtown’s differentiators: the new-construction homes were reasonably priced with high-end finishes, near a new biking trail, and a fairly quick drive to north Denver’s cultural amenities. With those differentiators in mind, Sprocket reached out to Denver-area media, offering media tours of the homes and groundbreakings. In correspondences with media, Sprocket highlighted the homes’ interesting features, like well-designed architecture and space planning and convenient, beautiful mudrooms.
